Q. Why are some of your dog treats more expensive than high street stores?
A. As with many small-scale producers of quality food stuffs, the costs are slightly higher due to the niche nature of the product. We do our best to make these great products affordable so that your beloved dog has a healthy, natural treat, free from all the additives often found in other dog products.
Q. What IS BioThane®?
A. BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and stink-proof!
Under normal use BioThane® will outlast nylon and leather and it is soft and flexible.
BioThane® comes in all different colours and widths, so we can find one that suits you.
Q. Do you offer all-natural treats for cats?
A. Because our treats are all-natural, your cat should be able to enjoy some of the same treats your dog can have. Checkout the cat zone which offers a selection of treats your cat can eat.
Q. How long will it take to get my lead/collar?
A. As all of our leads and collars are handmade to order, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
We do however, aim to have leads and collars completed and dispatched within 7 working days.
We will let you know when your order has been dispatched and if there is any delay.
Q. If I’m ordering online, how do I know if I’m getting the right chew for my dog?
A. Different dogs do indeed chew in very different ways. Some dogs chew (too) quickly and are prone to choking, while others like to take their time and savour the flavour of their treat. Big chews for the big chewer should give you some idea of what we offer, and you can find our ‘Bobbi time trial’ on Instagram!
Q. Is BioThane® recyclable?
The BioThane® products are not currently accepted at recycling centres. However, as part of our pledge to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we will be happy to receive your old leads and/or collars and will repurpose them so that they don’t go to landfill.
We suspect they won’t need replacing for ages!
